Service delivery terms
Top Concierge is a digital software service (SaaS). There is no physical shipment — access is delivered electronically to your account.
How the service is delivered
After you sign up and your payment is confirmed, your account is activated and access to the platform is provisioned automatically. You use the service online at www.topconcierge.ai; no goods are shipped.
Delivery time
Access is granted immediately, and in normal conditions no later than 24 hours after a successful payment. If activation is delayed for any reason, contact hello@topconcierge.aiand we will resolve it during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET).
Subscription term
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. The service remains available for the full period you have paid for. See plans & pricing and our refund policy.
