Privacy policy

Top Concierge AI, Inc. (“Top Concierge”, “we”) operates a post-purchase platform that helps private-label Amazon sellers (“sellers”) capture, communicate with, and reward their own customers (“buyers”). This policy explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Roles
For data captured on a seller’s branded micro-site (e.g. acme.topconcierge.ai), the seller is the data controller. Top Concierge is the processor — we store and forward the data on behalf of the seller. Each seller signs a Data Processing Addendum that codifies this relationship.
What we collect from buyers
- Email address (required) and explicit consent timestamp.
- IP address and user agent at the time of opt-in (consent record).
- Optional fields you choose to provide: phone number, Amazon order ID.
- Survey responses you submit on the seller’s branded survey page.
We do not load third-party advertising trackers, fingerprint your device, or share buyer data with anyone other than the seller you opted in to.
What we collect from sellers
Account email, brand assets (name, logo, colors, FAQ, return policy), uploaded promo-code pools, and basic usage logs of the admin console.
Why we process it
- To deliver the email confirmation, discount code, T+3d survey, and reward emails the buyer opted in to.
- To enable the seller to export their permissioned audience as CSV and use it in their own email tools.
- To prevent abuse (rate-limiting, fraud signals).
- To meet legal obligations (record of consent, takedown requests).
Who we share it with
The seller you opted in to. Our infrastructure sub-processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres database), Brevo (transactional email), and the LLM provider routed via Vercel’s AI Gateway. Each is bound by a DPA. We do not sell data, ever.
Retention
We keep buyer records for as long as the seller’s account is active or until the buyer requests deletion. Survey free-text responses are retained the same way — they belong to the seller.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. For brand-specific requests (e.g. data Acme Coffee holds about you), contact the seller directly. For platform-level requests, email privacy@topconcierge.ai. GDPR and CCPA rights apply where relevant.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to keep your opt-in session coherent within a single visit. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
Changes
We’ll post material changes here at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that constitutes acceptance.
