Terms of service

Pilot phase

The Service is in a closed pilot. Sellers join by written agreement with Top Concierge. The pilot is provided free of charge for the agreed window (typically 8 weeks). Pricing for continued use is finalized at the end of the pilot.

Acceptable use

• You may use the Service only for the lawful operation of your own private-label brand. No grey-market reselling, no unbranded arbitrage.
• You must not use the Service to solicit or compensate Amazon reviews, ratings, stars, or feedback. Insert-card and survey copy is locked accordingly; do not attempt to bypass the platform’s compliance controls.
• You must not contact opted-in buyers through Amazon’s buyer-seller messaging system using lists exported from Top Concierge.
• You must not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

Your data, your audience

You own the customer records captured through your branded micro-site. Top Concierge processes that data as your processor and will export or delete it at your request. We never market to your customers on our own behalf and never share data across brands.

Compliance posture

Top Concierge is designed to keep your Amazon account safe: locked insert-card copy, a server-side regex linter that blocks the words “review”, “rating”, “stars”, and “feedback” from outgoing surfaces, and explicit consent collection on every opt-in. You remain responsible for compliance with Amazon’s terms of service in your own operation.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during pilot. Scheduled maintenance and incident updates are posted to the status page when available.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing hello@topconcierge.ai. On termination we’ll provide a final CSV export of your audience and delete your records within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use terms above, or that put pilot brands at risk of Amazon enforcement.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is” during pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Pilot users have paid no fees; our liability to pilot users is therefore limited to USD $100.

Changes

We’ll post material changes to these terms here at least 30 days before they take effect.
