Refund policy
Top Concierge is a digital software service that is made available to you immediately on payment. All amounts are charged in Georgian Lari (₾, GEL).
All sales are final
Because the service is a digital product delivered instantly, all payments — including initial and renewal subscription charges — are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for unused time, partial billing periods, or accounts that are no longer used.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; no charge is taken after that. To cancel, email hello@topconcierge.ai from the address on your account.
Billing problems
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), contact hello@topconcierge.aiwithin 14 days. We review such cases during business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET) and correct genuine billing errors.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
